1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Astra Present platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Astra Present platform for personal or commercial visualization and presentation purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined herein.

3. Data & Privacy
All 3D assets, presentations, and organizational data uploaded to the platform remain the property of the respective organization.

4. Security
Enterprise accounts are subject to FedRAMP compliance requirements. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

5. Limitation of Liability
Astra Present shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
